Abstract

MéTODO PARA FORMAR UM PRODUTO MOLDADO DE RESISTêNCIA ELEVADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para formar um produto moldado de resistência elevada é fornecido. O método começa preparando-se uma composição moldável. A composição moldável compreendendo entre 40 a 60% em peso de uma mistura de fibra e entre cerca de 15 a 45% em peso de um adesivo. Uma cavidade do molde é carregada com a composição moldável até cerca de 90% da capacidade da cavidade do molde antes de aplicar uma pressão de vedação dentre cerca de 30,58 a 61,16 kg/cm¬ 2¬ à composição moldável. Uma separação predeterminada dentre cerca de 0,1 a 0,5 mm é mantida entre uma primeira parte do molde definindo a cavidade do molde e uma segunda parte do molde. O produto moldado é removido da cavidade do molde quando a composição moldável é substancialmente curada.
