Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA SEPARAçAO POR RUPTURA DE PEçAS DE TRABALHO. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para separação por ruptura de um segmento(12) anular de uma peça de trabalho, com um alojamento (34) para montagem da peça de trabalho (10) durante a usinagem, um dispositivo de laser (30) para formação de dois entalhes diametralmente contrapostos em uma área periférica interna (16) do segmento (16) anular mediante fusão do material por meio de energia de laser, e um dispositivo de separação por ruptura (32) para separação por ruptura em duas partes do segmento (12) anular da peça de trabalho (10) ao longo de um plano de ruptura (S) pré-dado pelos entalhes, caracterizado pelo fato de que o dispositivo de laser (30) e o dispositivo de separação por ruptura (32) formam uma única estação de usinagem e são configurados de tal maneira que executam a formação dos entalhes e a separação por ruptura da peça de trabalho (10) por lados contrapostos da peça de trabalho (10).
