Abstract
CEPA PCMR DE POCHONIA CHLAMYDOSPORIA E MéTODO DE USO DESSA NO CONTROLE BIOLóGICO DOS NEMATóDEOS CAUSADORES DE GALHAS (MELOIDOGYNE SPP.). Essa invenção refere-se à isolação e utilização do fungo Pochonia chlamydosporia var. chlamydosporia cepa PcMR no controle biológico de nematódeos, caracterizado por ter uma alta virulência contra Meloidogyne spp. em testes microbiológicos in-vitro, testes de recipiente e testes de campo. Nesses testes, a cepa PcMR, isolada em Portugal, tem uma boa performance na capacidade de controlar as populações de Meloidogyne spp. e mostra uma boa capacidade de produzir altas quantidades de clamidosporos usadas para produzir inóculo e para colonizar raízes de plantas que podem ser infectadas por Meloidogyne spp. essa cepa pode ser utilizada como parte de métodos de controle biológicos que controlam, de modo eficaz, as populações de nematódeos causadores de galhas que pertencem ao gênero Meloidogyne e essa invenção refere-se também à produção e utilização de nematicidas baseados em Pochonia chlamydosporia var. chlamydosporia cepa PcMR e quaisquer organismos derivados dessa cepa.
