Abstract
MáQUINA DE FORMAçãO DE ROLO FRIO, um moinho de formação de rolo frio para a fabricação de vigas de flange oco soldadas em junção de uma única tira de metal, incluindo uma estação de formação (1), um guia de junção e estação de soldadura (2) e uma estação de moldagem (3). Qualquer um ou ambas as estações de formação e moldagem (1, 3) incluem combinações de rolos de encaixe laterais independentemente apoiados (7, 12) adaptados, em uso, para girar qualquer um ou ambos os lados apostos da tira. Combinações de pares transversais adjacentes de rolo de montagem lateral (7, 12) são seletivamente móveis relativo ao outro numa direção transversal perpendicular para uma direção de rota da tira pelo moinho.
