Abstract

CHAPA ADESIVA SENSìVEL à PRESSãO E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DA MESMA. Para prover uma chapa adesiva sensível à pressão, de acordo com a qual o aprisionamento e formação de bolhas de ar pode ser evitado ou eliminado por meio de orifícios passantes, e ainda a aparência se compara favoravelmente com aquela de uma chapa adesiva sensível à pressão não possuindo orifícios passantes nesta, um substrato 11 é utilizado tendo uma rugosidade de superfície (Ra) não menor do que 0,03 <109>m, uma luminosidade (L*) no sistema de cor L*a*b* não maior do que 60 no caso de possuir um croma (C*) não maior do que 60 e uma luminosidade (L*) não maior do que 85 no caso de possuir um croma (C*) maior do que 60, e uma relação de contraste não menor do que 90%, orifícios passantes 2 passando através do substrato 11 e uma camada adesiva sensível à pressão 12 feita pra ter um diâmetro no substrato 11 e na camada adesiva sensível à pressão 12 de cerca de 0,1 a 200 <109>m, um diâmetro na superfície do substrato 11 de cerca de 0,1 a 42 <109>m, e uma densidade de orifício de cerca de 30 a 50.000 por 100 cm2, no caso de que as porções fundidas formadas por um laser estão presentes em torno dos orifícios passantes 2 na superfície do substrato 11, as porções fundidas são feitas para ter um diâmetro externo não maior do que 50 <109>m, e no caso de que as porções termicamente deformadas estão presentes em torno dos orifícios passantes 2 na superfície do substrato 11, as porções deformadas termicamente são feitas para ter um diâmetro externo não maior do que 180 <109>m.
