Abstract

MéTODOS E APARELHOS PARA APLICAR BALASTRO A UM LEITO DE UMA FERROVIA E PARA SUPERVISIONAR UM LEITO DE UMA FERROVIA Um método e aparelho para espalhar balastro ao longo de ferrovias faz uso de um sistema de medição inercial para determinar onde aplicar balastro de um carro tremonha. Uma variedade de técnicas pode ser usada para determinar a localização e velocidade do trem espalhador de balastro, incluindo técnicas visuais manuais ou automatizadas, tecnologia de laser, tecnologia de radar, transpondores de radiofreqüência, sensor magnético, formação de imagem termal e aerofotogrametria. A invenção também contempla levantamentos "em movimento" e perfilagem de terreno usando lasers ou radar.
