Abstract

MóDULO DE MEMBRANA PARA OPERAçãO IMERSA. A invenção refere-se a um módulo de membrana para uma operação imersa com um feixe de fibras (1) de um grande número de membranas de fibra oca (2) as quais com uma extremidade aberta são fundidas em um cabeçote (3) e em uma operação imersa são circundadas por um líquido a ser filtrado, que tem uma câmara de coletamento de permeado (4) conectada no cabeçote com pelo menos uma saída de permeado (5) para o permeado que drena do interior das membranas de fibra oca e um suprimento de gás (6) que tem um tubo (7) guiado pelo cabeçote. O tubo (7) termina no interior do feixe de fibras (1) e tem uma saída de gás (8) para um meio gasoso o qual após a transferência do tubo (7) para o líquido a ser filtrado sobe grandemente entre as membranas de fibra oca (2) do feixe como bolhas. De acordo com a invenção o feixe de fibras (1) está dividido em seções (11) cada uma compreendendo um grupo de membranas de fibra oca (2). Espaços livres (12) permanecem entre as seções (11) as quais estendem-se do tubo (7) para a circunferência externa do cabeçote (3) e promovem um fluxo de entrada do líquido a ser filtrado em uma área de pé do feixe de fibras (1) adjacente ao cabeçote (3).
