Abstract

MéTODO PARA CARACTERIZAR O ESTáGIO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO OU PATOLOGIA DE UMA AMOSTRA DE TECIDO; MéTODO DE IDENTIFICAçãO DE UMA CéLULA DE INTERESSE OU DE SINCìCIOS MULTE-NUCLEAR DE INTERESSE; MéTODO PARA DIAGNóSTICO DE PRé-NEOPLASIA OU NEOPLASIA MéTODOS DE IDENTIFICAçãO DE UM OU MAIS AGENTES ANTI-TUMORìGENOS E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE UMA AMOSTRA DE TECIDO DE MAMìFERO ADEQUADA PARA A IDENTIFICAçãO DE CéLULAS Trata-se da descrição de métodos para identificação de células tronco e outras células específicas para embriogênese e carcinogênese, classificando amostras de tecido, diagnosticando lesões pré-cancerosas e cancerosas ou arteriosclerose, testando o valor de agentes contra o câncer, descobrindo macromoléculas especificamente expressas em tipos de célula específicos, usando células tronco na terapia restauradora de tecido, bem como métodos para preparação de amostras de tecidos de modo que os tipos morfológicos nucleares heteromórficos permaneçam intactos.
