Abstract
ESTRUTURA DE CONEXãO PARA CONEXãO ELéTRICA DE PCM E CéLULA DE BATERIA E MóDULO DE BATERIA SECUNDáRIA CONTENDO A MESMA Uma estrutura de conexão elétrica e um módulo de bateria secundária usando a mesma são revelados. A estrutura compreende um elemento de conexão elétrica que inclui um corpo isolante para isolar um PCM de uma célula de bateria e condutores do catodo e do anodo montados no corpo isolante em uma condição de ficarem isolados eletricamente um do outro. Um ou ambos os condutores do catodo e do anodo são soldados aos terminais de eletrodo associados da célula de bateria. Os condutores do catodo e do anodo são conectados em uma condição de contato às derivações de eletrodo associadas do PCM durante o encaixe do PCM à célula de bateria. A estrutura de conexão permite que somente os condutores de eletrodo sejam soldados à célula de bateria, e permite que os terminais de eletrodo sejam conectados às derivações de eletrodo por meio de contato sem uma operação de soldagem adicional, reduzindo assim de forma notável o número de etapas de montagem, diminuindo os custos de fabricação e impedindo mau funcionamento.
