Abstract
JUNçãO DINáMICA COMO PARTE DE UM SISTEMA DE ESTABILIZAçãO DA COLUNA; MéTODO PARA EXECUçãO DO SISTEMA; PARAFUSO DE PENDICULO E SISTEMA DINáMICO DE ESTABILIZAçãO DA COLUNA Dispositivos, sistemas e métodos de estabilização da coluna são providos de moda a incluir pelo menos um parafuso de pedículo, e pelo menos um mecanismo que suporte três níveis de autonomia rotacional com relação ao parafuso do pedículo . The mechanism may include a universal joint mechanism or a pivot joint mechanism. The dynamic joining mechanism is advantageously incorporated into a column stabilization system that includes additional pedicle screw (s), ball elements and socket members. The pedicle screws are developed to include an upwardly extending rim. The rim may include downwardly extending grooves to define offset segments between them. The pedicle screw may include a preloaded screw assembly that is held in position by interference which is advantageously formed into a screw assembly to prevent displacement thereof, for example during arid loading or clinical screw placement. pedicle When a spherical element or other structure, such as a non-dynamic stabilizing element, is positioned around the rim, the introduction of a bolt assembly causes the outward deviation of the upward segments inside the gear with the spherical element. A snap ring may be interposed between the rim and the spherical element to facilitate positioning therebetween. In an alternative embodiment, a non-slotted rim is employed. Tapered guide members are revealed for adjacent positioning for / or juxtaposing with the head of a pedicle screw. A component, for example a spherical member, may be advanced into an upwardly extending rim from the head of a pedicle screw using the guide member. A guidewire may also be employed to guide components to the pedicle screw and / or guide the guidewire into position. The disclosed communication mechanisms may include a sheath sheath positioned around them. The sheath is made of a material that conforms to the movements of the contact and support members, while exhibiting substantially inert behavior with respect to the contour of the anatomical structures.
