Abstract

REVESTIMENTO INTERNO DE PNEU PNEUMáTICO. A presente invenção fornece um revestimento interno de pneus pneumáticos que é formada de uma película não desenhada de uma composição do polímero incluindo 60 a 90% em peso total de uma resina termoplástica e 10 a 40% em peso total de um elastómero para ter uma taxa de permeação de oxigênio de menos de 15 x 10¬-3¬ ccm/m¬2¬ 24 h atm, e uma elongação de fratura de mais de 200% a temperatura ambiente, a pneu assim manufaturado não tem nenhuma fratura sob uma deformação severa durante o processo que dá forma ao pneu, facilitando a manufatura do pneu, e exibe uma propriedade preventiva de permeação de ar, como uma excelente camada preventiva de permeação do ar.
