Abstract
PROCESSOS PARá PREPARAR COMPOSIçõES DETERGENTES GRANULARES OU PULVERULENTAS, E PARA REDUZIR A VISCOSIDADE DE SUSPENSõES DETERGENTES AQUOSAS, SUSPENSãO DETERGENTE, COMPOSIçãO DETERGENTE, E, USO DOS COPOLìMEROS O processo da invenção para produzir compostos detergentes granulados ou em pó consiste em produzir um pó base detergente pela secagem de suspensões de pó para lavagem, e é caracterizado pelo fato de que ele consiste em adicionar às suspensões um copolímero que pode ser obtido por copolimerização via radicais de (A) de 50 a 99,5% em moles de um ácido monocarboxílico monoetilenicamente insaturado e/ou um sal do mesmo, (B) de 0,5 a 20% em moles de um monómero monoetilenicamente insaturado alcoxilado, com a fórmula na qual as variáveis possuem os seguintes significados: R¬1¬ é hidrogênio ou metila, R¬2¬ é R¬2¬ -(CH~2~)x-O-, -CH~2~-NR¬5¬-, -CH~2~-O-CH~2~ -CR¬6¬R¬7¬-CH~2~-O- ou -CONTI-; R¬3¬ são cada um idênticos ou diferentes radicais C~2~-C~4~ alquileno que podem ser arranjados na forma de blocos ou aleatoriamente, a proporção de radicais etileno sendo de pelo menos 50% em moles; R¬4¬ é hidrogênio, C~1~-C~4~ alquila, -SO~3~M ou -PO~3~M~2~; R¬5¬ é hidrogênio ou -CH~2~-CR¬1¬=CH~2~; R¬6¬ é -O-¢R¬3¬-O!n-R¬4¬, onde os radicais -¢R¬3¬-O!n diferem dos outros radicais -¢R¬3¬-O!n-contidos na fórmula (I); R¬7¬ é hidrogênio ou etila; M é metal alcalino ou hidrogênio; n varia de 4 a 250; x é O ou 1, (C) varia de 0 a 50% em moles de um ácido dicarboxílico monoetilenicamente insaturado, de um anidrido e/ou de um sal do mesmo, e (D) varia de 0 a 29% em moles de um monómero monoetilenicamente insaturado, copolimerizável. O dito copolímero possui um peso molecular médio M~w~ variando de 30000 a 500000 g/mol, e um valor K variando de 40 a 140 (medido em um valor de pH igual a 7 em uma solução aquosa com 1% em peso, a 25<198>C).
