Abstract
SISTEMA DE FREIO COM EBS E FUNçãO "PREFILL" BEM COMO PROCESSO PARA REGULAGEM ELETRÈNICA DE FREIO. A presente invenção provê um sistema de freio aperfeiçoado. Este apresenta um pedal de freio ou uma unidade de amplificador/pedal de freio, uma unidade hidráulica com regulador eletrónico integrado (abreviadamente: EBS) e um freio de roda hidraulicamente ativável, associado respectivamente a uma roda, de preferência com disco de freio e guarnições de freio. Os freios de roda como também a unidade de pedal de freio/amplificador estão então unidos hidraulicamente com a unidade hidráulica eletrónica. Um cilindro de freio do freio da roda pode ser preenchido em por meio de uma função "prefill", para reduzir ao menos parcialmente a folga de ar. O sistema de freio deve então apresentar pela primeira vez um dispositivo de comutação, por meio do qual ligada ou desligada a função "prefill" em função de um modo operacional selecionável. Além disso, a invenção propõe um processo para a regulagem eletrónica de freio com um tal sistema de freio.
