Abstract

EPSPS RESISTENTE A GLIFOSATO MICROBIANO REIVINDICAçãO DE PRIORIDADE. A presente invenção refere-se, em parte, em um método para a identificação polipeptídeos de 5-enolpiruvil-3-fosfochiquimato sintase resistentes ao glifosato e o isolamento de moléculas de DNA que codificam os polipeptídeos. Ainda, construtos de DNA são descritas que são úteis para transformar e expressar o polipeptídeo de 5-enolpiruvil-3-fosfochiquimato sintase resistente ao glifosato em bactéria e células de planta. A invenção fornece moléculas de DNA quimérico que são úteis para transformar células de plantas, e as plantas transformadas, progênie, e partes dessas regeneradas a partir das células de plantas transformadas.
