Abstract
SENSOR DE TESTE DE GUIA DE LUZ PARA USO NA DETERMINAçãO DE UM ANALITO EM UMA AMOSTRA DE FLUIDO E MéTODOS PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO Um sensor de teste de guia de luz óptica compreende um guia de luz, uma membrana revestida com reagente e uma camada de malha. A membrana revestida com reagente e a camada de malha são fixadas ao guia de luz em uma extremidade de saída do guia de luz. O sensor de teste de guia de luz é adaptado para ser usado para testar o nível de um analito em uma amostra de fluido biológico quando usado com uma cabeça de leitura. Um método de fabricação do sensor de teste de guia de luz envolve fornecer uma pluralidade de guias de luz, fornecer uma tira de membrana revestida com reagente e fornecer uma tira de camada de malha. A membrana revestida com reagente e a camada de malha são fixadas aos guias de luz através de soldadura ultra-sónica.
