Abstract

APARELHO E MéTODO DE PURIFICAçãO POR SEPARAçãO MAGNéTICA é descrito um aparelho de limpeza por separação magnética que descarrega lama de alta densidade estavelmente separando bem substância magnética, mesmo se o nível de água de uma seção de separação magnética variar. O aparelho de limpeza por separação magnética compreende um filtro rotativo que tem uma malha de filtração tubular e que filtra lama e substância magnética de fluido a ser tratado e contendo substância magnética, um rotor de coleta de lama tubular oposto ao filtro rotativo em proximidade imediata com ele na direção horizontal e que transfere lama e substância magnética para sua superfície à medida que o rotor gira, um rotor magnético que tem um eixo no rotor de coleta de lama e que é composto de um rotor e uma pluralidade de ímãs fixa na circunferência do rotor, onde pelo menos a superfície no lado do filtro rotativo fica arranjada em proximidade imediata com a superfície circunferencial interna do rotor de coleta de lama e a lama é transferida para a superfície do rotor de coleta de lama pegando magneticamente a substância magnética filtrada pelo filtro rotativo na superfície do rotor de coleta de lama, e um raspador para raspar a lama e substância magnética que está sendo transferida na superfície do rotor de coleta de lama.
