Abstract

DERIVADOS DE ALFA-AMINOáCIDO COM ATIVIDADE ANTIINFLAMATóRIA São descritos compostos da fórmula: onde Z, Q, X, L, m e n assumem os significados definidos na descrição. Os compostos (I) inibem a produção de TNF <244> e, podem ser úteis no tratamento da inflamação e de condições patológicas envolvendo a superprodução da referida citocina. Além disso, esses compostos apresentam significativa inibitória sobre a proliferação de células tumorais e, podem ser utilizados para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de tumores de distúrbios neurodegenerativos ou auto-imunes.
