Abstract

COMPOSTO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR O MESMO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM EFEITO INIBITóRIO DE B-RAF, E UM EFEITO ANTICáNCER EM UM ANIMAL DE SANGUE QUENTE, E PARA TRATAR UMA DOENçA. A invenção diz respeito a compostos químicos, da fórmula (I): ou sais destes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, que possuem atividade inibitória de B-Raf e são conseqüentemente úteis para a sua atividade anticâncer e assim em métodos de tratamento do corpo humano ou animal. A invenção também diz respeito aos processos para a fabricação dos ditos compostos químicos, às composições farmacêuticas que os contêm e ao seu uso na fabricação de medicamentos de uso na produção de um efeito anticâncer em um animal de sangue quente tal como o ser humano.
