Abstract
APARELHO E MéTODO PARA DESPEJAR MATERIAIS DE PUREZA ELEVADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema, ou aparelho (10)e um método para despejar um material (16) de um recipiente pressurizado (12), enquanto mantém a integridade do produto. O sistema, ou aparelho, compreende um recipiente pressurizado que prende o material e tem uma válvula para despejar (20) provida de um conduto, ou haste, para despejar (26), para despejar o material do recipiente no momento apropriado, uma seringa (42) equipada de um mecanismo de fecho on/off (48) para permitir ou impedir o fluxo do material para dentro e fora da seringa por meio de uma haste ou conduto (50) conectada ao mecanismo de fecho, e um adaptador removível (34) para conectar a haste da seringa à haste da válvula para despejar do recipiente pressurizado para permitir o fluxo do material do recipiente pressurizado para dentro de uma câmara da seringa quando é feita a ativação da válvula para despejar.APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PUTING HIGH PURITY MATERIALS. The system or apparatus comprises a pressurized container that holds the material and has a dump valve (20) provided with a duct or rod (26) to dump the material from the container at the appropriate time, a syringe ( 42) equipped with an on / off closure mechanism (48) to allow or prevent material flow into and out of the syringe via a rod or conduit (50) connected to the closure mechanism, and a removable adapter (34) ) to connect the syringe rod to the pour valve of the pressurized container to allow material flow from the pressurized container into a syringe chamber when the discharge valve is activated.
