Abstract

BIBLIOTECAS DE POLINUCLEOTìDEOS, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DAS MESMAS, MéTODO DE IDENTIFICAçãO DE UM POLINUCLEOTìDEO, REGIãO DE LIGAçãO, MEIO ADEQUADO PARA USO EM UM, DISPOSITIVO ELETRÈNICO E DISPOSITIVO. Bibliotecas de anticorpo universais são descritas as quais são sintéticas e derivadas das seqüências de anticorpo humanas expressas, selecionadas conseqüentemente por certos critérios, por exemplo, que as seqüências sejam derivadas de anticorpos de ocorrência natural expressos em resposta a uma certa classe de antígenos (por exemplo, molécula pequena, polissacarídeo, peptídeo ou proteína) e tendo regiões CDR planejadas com relação a diversidade ideal. São também apresentados métodos para a produção e triagem de tais bibliotecas para o isolamento de produtos terapêuticos para o tratamento de doenças.
