Abstract

Válvula de Controle de Fluxo Multi-Funcional para Sistema de Tratamento de água , sendo uma válvula de controle de fluxo multi-funcional para um sistema de tratamento de água inclui um corpo de válvula tendo um orifício de entrada de água, um orifício de saída de água, e uma saída de efluente. Um núcleo de válvula conectado com uma haste de válvula é colocado dentro do corpo de válvula. O corpo de válvula define um canal de fluxo aí para conectar com um interior e exterior de um elemento de filtro do sistema de tratamento de água, respectivamente. O núcleo de válvula inclui um disco de válvula móvel e disco de válvula fixo cujas faces de cabeça são alinhadas de modo hermeticamente rotativo. O disco de váslvula móvel é conectado a haste de válvula. O disco de válvula fixo define uma pluralidade de furos traspassantes que são conectados ao orifício de entrada de água, o orifício de saída de água e à saída de efluente, respectivamente. O disco de válvula móvel define um furo traspassante e dois recessos cegos aí. Pela rotação do disco de válvula móvel, o furo traspassante e os recessos cegos no disco de válvula móvel são alinhados aos furos correspondentes no disco de válvula fixo para formar diferentes canais de fluxo de líquido, para deste modo realizar o controle de um fluxo. O furo traspassante e os recessos cegos no disco de válvula móvel e pluralidade de furos traspassantes no disco de válvula fixo são alocados no mesmo circulo giratório. Esta invenção realiza diferentes ciclos controlados de suavização, purificação, refluxo e regeneração mudando as diferentes posições de alinhamento dos furos e recessos cegos no discos de válvula móvel e fixo. Assim projetado, a válvula caracteriza-se pela fácil operação e uma estrutura compacta, aplicabilidade para vários sistemas de tratamento de água industrial, bem como para sistemas de tratamento de água domésticos e aperfeiçoada qualidade de tratamento de água.
