Abstract

METODO PARA FENDIMENTO DE FOLHA RESISTENTE A FADIGA E FOLHA RESULTANTE. Uma folha de material (111) possuindo várias estruturas de indução de curvatura (112) configuradas e posicionadas para produzir curvatura ao longo da linha de curvatura (115) . As estruturas de indução de curvatura (113) possuem porções de retorno arqueadas (122) se estendendo das extremidades opostas (121) de volta ao longo das estruturas de indução de curvatura (113) na direção da outra porção de retorno (122) e cada porção de retorno (122) possui uma dimensão de comprimento e um raio reduzindo as concentrações de tensão. Preferivelmente, a dimensão de comprimento da porção de retorno arqueada (122) é superior a duas vezes a espessura. A distância lateral, LD, na qual as estruturas de indução de curvatura (113) são formadas em uma folha fora da linha de curvatura (115) é preferivelmente minimizada por pequenos arcos de raio (125) que conectam as porções de retorno (122) ao restante das estruturas de indução de curvatura (113). Também é revelado um método de formação da estrutura (131) a partir de uma folha de material (111) para resistir à carga cíclica, uma vez que é um método para aumentar a resistência à fadiga de uma estrutura (131) formada por curvamento de uma folha de material (111) ao longo da linha de curvatura (115) possuindo várias estruturas de indução de curvatura (113).
