Abstract
PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE PARTìCULAS PIGMENTARES AUTOLIGANTES, SECAS OU EM SUSPENSãO OU DISPERSãO AQUOSAS, CONTENDO MATéRIAS INORGáNICAS E LIGANTES. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de partículas pigmentárias autoligantes, secas ou em suspensão ou dispersão aquosas, contendo pelo menos uma matéria inorgânica e pelo menos um ligante, esse processo compreende as seguintes etapas de: a) formar uma ou várias suspensões aquosas de pelo menos uma matéria inorgânica e introduzi-la(s) em um moinho com vistas à etapa c); b) formar ou considerar uma ou várias soluções ou suspensões ou emulsões aquosas de pelo menos um ligante e introduzi-la(s) em um moinho com vistas à etapa c); c) comoer a ou as suspensões aquosas obtidas na etapa a) com a ou as soluções ou suspensões ou emulsões aquosas obtidas na etapa b), de maneira a se obter um suspensão aquosa de partículas pigmentares autoligantes: d) eventualmente co-moer a suspensão aquosa obtida na etapa c) com uma ou várias soluções ou suspensões ou emulsões aquosas de pelo menos um ligante; e) eventualmente secar a suspensão aquosa obtida na etapa c) ou na etapa d); f) aumentar a concentração da suspensão aquosa obtida na etapa c) ou d) por um método de concentração térmica ou mecânica; g) dispersar a suspensão aquosa obtida na etapa f) com o auxílio de pelo menos um, agente dispersante e/ou pelo menos um agente umedecedor.
