Abstract
MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM SAL DE LACTATO DE METAL ESTáVEL EM FORMA DE Pó E SAL DE LACTATO DE METAL ESTáVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação de um sal de lactato de metal estável em forma de pó, o produto da referida preparação, pré-misturas funcionais de produtos de alimentação compreendendo o referido pó de sal de lactato de metal, e produtos de alimentação compreendendo o referido pó de sal de lactato de metal estável. No método de acordo com a invenção, um concentrado que contém o sal do lactato de metal é processado, com resfriamento, em um misturador/extrusor para a formação de um pó de sal de lactato de metal e em seguida o pó de sal de lactato de metal é parcialmente encapsulado por meio de um agente de encapsulação. De acordo com a invenção, os lactatos de metal alcalino em forma de pó são estáveis em armazenagem durante pelo menos um ano.
