Abstract

ELEMENTO DE FIXAçãO PARA SOLDA POR FRICçãO EM UM COMPONENTE PLANO A invenção refere-se a um elemento de fixação com uma face, que tem um friso anular concêntrico (3) para ser soldado por fricção em um componente plano (12, 26) por força rotacional atuando no elemento de fixação e força de pressão direcionada para o componente (12, 26). O friso anular (3) tem, na área de sua elevação maior (6), uma linha de contato concêntrica em relação ao componente (12, 26) e é parte de um flange (4), que compreende o friso anular (3) bem como, fora do friso anular (3), uma ranhura concêntrica (7) com uma parede externa (25) para repelir o material raspado que surge durante a operação de solda por fricção, e tem um recesso central (8) para acomodar as partes raspadas, onde o flange (4), junto com seu lado voltado para longe do friso anular (3), forma uma superfície oposta (5) para a força de pressão direcionada para o componente (12, 26) e, junto com sua superfície externa, forma um acionador para a força rotacional.
