USOS DE UM áCIDO NUCLéICO, E DE UMA UNIDADE DE EXPRESSãO, áCIDO NUCLéICO, UNIDADE DE EXPRESSãO, MéTODOS PARA ALTERAR OU CAUSAR A VELOCIDADE DE TRANSCRIçãO DE GENES EM MICROORGANISMOS, E A VELOCIDADE DE EXPRESSãO DE UM GENE EM MICROORGANISMOS, E PARA PREPARAR PRODUTOS BIOSSINTéTICOS, LISINA, METIONINA, E TREONINA, CASSETE DE EXPRESSãO, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, E, MICROORGANISMO GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADO A presente invenção diz respeito ao uso de seqüência de ácido nucléico para regular a transcrição e expressão de genes, aos novos promotores e unidades de expressão para estes, métodos para modificar ou gerar a velocidade de transcrição e/ou velocidade de expressão de genes, cassetes de expressão contendo as unidades de expressão, microorganismos geneticamente modificados com velocidades de transcrição e/ou velocidades de expressão modificadas ou geradas e métodos para produzir produtos biossintéticos pelo cultivo dos microorganismos geneticamente modificados.
