Abstract

COMPRIMIDO FARMACêUTICO DE CAMADA MúLTIPLA PARA A LIBERAçãO CONTROLADA DE INGREDIENTES ATIVOS COM SOLUBILIDADE ALTAMENTE DEPENDENTE DO PH A presente invenção refere-se a um comprimido farmacêutico de liberação controlada de camada múltipla compreendendo pelo menos duas camadas, pelo menos um ingrediente ativo com solubilidade altamente dependente do pH, pelo menos um excipiente que mantém o pH farmaceuticamente aceitável e pelo menos um excipiente que forma matriz farmaceuticamente aceitável, caracterizado em que o dito pelo menos um ingrediente ativo com solubilidade altamente dependente do pH e o dito pelo menos um excipiente que mantém o pH farmaceuticamente aceitável são respectivamente compreendidos em pelo menos uma camada distinta.
