Abstract

GERADOR DE SOLUçãO DE DIóXIDO DE CLORO E MéTODO DE GERAR UMA SOLUçãO DE DIóXIDO DE CLORO Um gerador de solução de dióxido de cloro inclui uma fonte de gás de dióxido de cloro e um circuito de absorção, para realizar a dissolução de dióxido de cloro dentro de uma corrente líquida. Uma unidade de transferência de gás é interposta entre a fonte de gás dióxido de cloro e o circuito de absorção. A unidade de transferência de gás inclui uma bomba de transferência de gás e uma unidade de tubulação de exaustão. A unidade de tubulação de exaustão inclui um conduto de distribuição definido um volume interno pra direcionar a corrente de gás de dióxido de cloro pressurizada da saída da bomba para o circuito de absorção. O volume interno do conduto de distribuição é suficientemente grande para inibir decomposição do dióxido de cloro na corrente de gás de dióxido de cloro pressurizada, pela indução de uma temperatura de corrente de gás de dióxido de cloro pressurizada dentro do conduto de distribuição, menor do que cerca de 163<198>F (73<198>C).
