Abstract

8-AMINOALQUILTIOXANTINAS SUBSTITUìDAS , E SEU USO COMO INIBIDORES DE DIPEPTIDIL PEPTIDASE IV. A presente invenção refere-se a 8 aminoalquitioxantinas substituídas, a seus sais fisiologicamente compatíveis, e a seus derivados fisiotogicamente funcionais. A invenção também refere-se a compostos da fórmula (I), em que os grupos tem o significado citado na descrição, em adição a seus sais fisiotogicamente compatíveis. Os compostos podem ser usados, por exemplo, como medicamentos para a prevenção e tratamento do diabetes tipo 2.
