Abstract
ËLEO DE MOTOR DE MúLTIPLAS GRADUAçõES E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM óLEO DE MOTOR DE MúLTIPLAS GRADUAçõES Um óleo de motor de múltiplas graduações que vai de encontro das especificações dos requisitos SAE J300 revisados em junho de 2001 e um processo para prepará-lo, dito óleo de motor compreendendo (a) entre cerca de 15 a cerca de 94,5% em peso de um óleo base Fischer-Tropsch destilado hidroisomerizado definedo por (i) uma viscosidade cinemática entre cerca de 2,5 e cerca de 8 cSt a 100<198>C, (ii) pelo menos cerca de 3% em peso das moléculas tendo funcionalidade de cicloparafina, e (iii) uma relação de porcentagem em peso de moléculas com funcionalidade de monocicloparafina para porcentagem em peso de moléculas com funcionalidade de multicicloparafina maior do que cerca de 15; (b) entre cerca de 0,5 a cerca de 20% em peso de um componente de mistura de óleo base redutor do ponto de fluidez preparado a partir de um material de leito hidromerizado tendo um grau médio de ramificação nas moléculas entre cerca de 5 e 9 ramificações de alquila per 100 átomos de carbono e em que não mais do que 10% em peso entra em ebulição abaixo de cerca de 482<198>C; e (c) entre cerca de 5 a cerca de 30% em peso de um conjunto de aditivos designado para ir ao encontro das especificações de ILSAC GF-3.
