Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA UTILIZAR RECURSO DE RASTREAMENTO DE CONTABILIDADE E/OU FATURAMENTO A utilização de recursos utilizados para fornecer um serviço, e/ou custos associados ao provimento de recursos do sistema para um serviço, são acompanhados em um sistema em que os recursos disponíveis variam dependendo de uma variedade de condições que incluem utilização de recursos por outros usuários. Os métodos são bem adequados para sistemas como sistemas de comunicação móvel, em que a quantidade de recursos e/ou custos para um sistema de provimento de um serviço são dinâmicos e podem mudar em uma escala de tempo relativamente rápida. A utilização de recurso é acompanhada em base por assinante. As cobranças do serviço podem ser determinadas como uma função tanto da quantidade dos recursos consumidas como da quantidade de dados entregue, com a quantidade de recursos sendo utilizada para entregar uma quantidade fixa de unidades de dados que variam como uma função de condições ambientais e/ou outras. As cobranças do serviço são às vezes determinadas como uma função do impacto de fornecer o serviço para um primeiro usuário em outros usuários do sistema.
