Abstract
BATERIA SECUNDáRIA EMPREGANDO INVóLUCRO DE BATERIA DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA é fornecida urna bateria secundária tendo uma montagem de eletrodos instalada em um invólucro de bateria composta de uma folha laminada composta de uma camada de revestimento externa de uma película de polímero, uma camada de barreira de uma folha de metal e urna camada vedante interna de um material de poliolefina, em que a folha de metal da camada de barreira é formada de uma liga de alumínio, a camada de revestimento externa é formada de naftalato de polietileno (PEN) e/ou a superfície externa da camada de revestimento externa é dotada de uma camada de naftalato de polietileno (PET), e em que a bateria tem uma força de resistência à penetração de prego maior do que 6,5 kgf. A bateria de acordo com a presente invenção apresenta segurança aperfeiçoada adicional devido à capacidade de reduzir significativamente a probabilidade de invasão, ignição ou explosão em comparação com baterias convencionais, mesmo quando a bateria é exposta a impacto físico externo ou é pressionada por objetos pontudos.
