Abstract

ARTICULAçãO DE BUCHA ESFéRICA E PROCESSO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma articulação de bucha esférica, em particular, para unidades de construção de chassis e unidades de construção de direção de veículos automotores, constituída de uma carcaça articulada constituída de duas metades da carcaça, e de uma bucha esférica dotada de uma superfície de apoio arredondada, sendo que, a superfície de apoio é recebida em um casquilho do mancal fabricado de material sintético elástico, fixado em uma reentrância da carcaça articulada, bem como, um processo para a fabricação de uma articulação de bucha esférica deste tipo, no qual, as duas metades da carcaça (3a, 3b) são comprimidas na direção do eixo longitudinal central da articulação de bucha esférica (1) com forças de pressão definidas durante a montagem da articulação de bucha esférica (1) e são mantidas na posição de montagem predeterminada através das forças de pressão, por meio de, pelo menos, uma ligação (14) com fecho devido ao material entre as duas metades da carcaça (3a, 3b).
