Abstract
DISPOSITIVO PARA PROTEGER SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS CONTRA CONDENSADOS DE FLUIDOS CORROSIVOS DE ALTA TEMPERATURA EM EQUIPAMENTOS TéCNICOS. Construção de suporte de um equipamento técnico de um material não resistente á corrosão, cuja parede interna contém pelo menos temporariamente uma mistura de gás e vapor corrosiva e abrasiva e é protegida contra corrosão causada por ácidas através de uma barreira para a mistura de gás e vapor. Esta barreira é disposta alternativamente entre uma camada refratária (6) e a camada altamente isolante termicamente (7) ou integrada na camada refratária (6) ou na camada de isolamento térmica (7). Através da proteção mecânica contra a penetração da mistura de gás e vapor através do isolamento térmico (7) até a parede interna da construção de suporte pode ser escolhido um material de isolamento térmico com uma capacidade de conduzir calor claramente reduzida, e assim, a temperatura no lado externo da construção de suporte pode ser reduzida, diminuindo a perda de energia e aumentando a segurança de trabalho.
