Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A OPERAçãO DE UM FORNO DE ARCO VOLTAICO ELéTRICO. Refere-se a um processo para a operação de um forno de arco voltaico elétrico, que compreende, pelo menos, um eletrodo e uma etapa do processo de sangria. No início da etapa de sangria, a alimentação de energia ao, pelo menos um, eletrodo (2) do forno de arco voltaico elétrico (1) não é interrompida, e a energia continua a ser conduzida ainda a, pelo menos, um eletrodo (2), também durante a etapa de sangria. A eferida etapa pode iniciar antes dos modos de operação tradicionais de um forno de arco voltaico elétrico (1). Isto poupa tempo, reduz o consumo de eletrodos e de energia, e também aumenta a produtividade. O desejado conteúdo de energia de aço bruto (8) é assegurado pelo cálculo prévio da alteração do conteúdo de energia da fusão (4) durante a etapa de sangria, e o perigo de superaquecimento é compensado.
