LUMINáRIA PARA áREAS PERIGOSAS A invenção é relativa a uma luminária para áreas perigosas de zona O. A luminária (1) compreende um iluminador (4.1), e um cabo (3) para fornecer energia elétrica para iluminar o iluminador (4.1). A luminária 1 ainda compreende urna unidade de iluminação (4) que compreende um corpo (4.2) em conexão com o qual o iluminador (4.1) está ligado, e uma cobertura protetora (4.3) colocada acima do iluminador (4.1) para proteger o iluminador (4.1). O espaço livre do corpo (4.2) é enchido com um enchimento para fazer a unidade de iluminação (4) substancialmente estanque a gás.
