Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAçãO DE COMPOSTOS E DE COPOLìMEROS, COPOLìMERO, E, USO DO MESMO A invenção está relacionada a processo para produzir ésteres do ácido (poli-C~ 2~-C~ 4~ alquileno glicol)-monoacrílico e monometacrílico, e um processo para produzir copolímeros desses ésteres do ácido (poli-C~ 2~-C~ 4~ alquileno glicol)-mono(met)acrílico com éster acrílico ou éster metacrílico e ao uso dos polímeros como aditivos para liquefação em preparações contendo cimento. Os ésteres do ácido (poli-C~ 2~-C~ 4~ alquileno glicol)-monoacrílico e - monometacrílico são produzidos pela reação de anidrido acrílico ou anidrido metacrílico (referidos a seguir como anidrido (met)acrílico (A)) com pelo menos um composto poli-C~ 2~-C~ 4~ alquileno glicol (P) que conduz pelo menos um grupo OH, na presença de uma base, a dita base sendo selecionada do grupo de compostos básicos que possuem, a 900 O, uma solubilidade no composto poli-C~ 2-C~ 4 alquileno glicol (P) não maior que 10 g/l, a relação molar do anidrido (met)acrílico (A) para o composto (P) (relação molar (A):(P)) sendo na faixa de 1:1 a 1,095:1, de preferência na faixa de 1,005:1 a 1,09:1, em especial na faixa de 1,01:1 a 1,085:1 e o mais preferido na faixa de 1,02:1 a 1,08:1. A produção do ácido (met)acrílico com os ésteres do ácido (poli-C~ 2~-C~ 4~ alquileno glicol)-mono(met)acrílico compreende as seguintes etapas: i) produção de um éster do ácido (poli-C ~2-C~ 4 alquileno glicol)mono(met)acrílico pela reação de anidrido (met)acrílico (A) com pelo menos um composto poli-C~ 2~-C~ 4~ alquileno glicol (P) que conduz um grupo OH, na presença de uma base de acordo com o método da invenção, e ii) copolimerização por radicais do éster do ácido (poli-C~ 2~-C~ 4~ alquileno glicol)mono(met)acrílico obtido na etapa i) com ácido acrílico e/ou ácido metacrílico e opcionalmente monómeros etilenicamente insaturados adicionais.
