Abstract
Métodos de Isolamento de 1,3-Propanodiol e de 1,2-Propanodiol. é proporcionado um método de isolamento de 1,3- propanodiol a partir de uma solução que contém 1,3-propanodiol, 1,2-propanodiol, glicerol e glicose. O método inclui: obter um concentrado concentrando a solução via evaporação a pressão reduzida; dissolver o concentrado num solvente selecionado do grupo que consiste em acetato de etila, metiletilcetona e uma mistura dos mesmos e deixar a solução sozinha fracionar os compostos numa camada de solvente e numa camada de água; e carregar a camada solvente numa coluna com enchimento de sílica sob uma condição de cromatografia líquida a baixa pressão e eluir a camada solvente com um solvente misturado de metanol e pelo menos um solvente que é miscível com metanol e tem uma polaridade menor do que o metanol.
