Abstract
PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR UM ENROLAMENTO DE BOBINA. Refere a um processo para produzir um enrolamento de bobina, que consiste de uma ou mais camadas de bobina. Se um enrolamento de bobina possuir uma pluralidade de camadas de bobina, as camadas individuais de bobina possuem números de voltas distintas, que decrescem basicamente do interior para o exterior. A fim de garantir alturas idênticas para as camadas de bobina, o perfil transversal dos condutores, ou dos feixes de condutores, é adaptado para deformar os mesmos. O objetivo da invenção é garantir que as voltas individuais das camadas de bobina sejam enroladas com uma pressão, nem muito alta, nem muito baixa. Para este fim, os condutores, ou feixes de condutores, são deformados por meio de um dispositivo de deformação em uma única etapa de processo, ao mesmo tempo em que os condutores, ou feixes de condutores, deformados são isolados e os condutores, ou feixes de condutores, são enrolados. A altura da parte já enrolada do enrolamento de bobina é continuamente comparada, sob forma de valor real, com o valor teórico para a parte já enrolada, sendo um passo teórico determinado para a parte da camada de bobina a ser enrolada, e o dispositivo de deformação ajustado de tal maneira, que o comprimento axial final ou altura da camada de bobina corresponda a um valor desejado, ou ao valor teórico. A invenção também se refere a um dispositivo de enrolamento correspondente.
