FORMA POLIMóRFICA DE INULINA E USOS DOS MESMOS A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova forma polimórfica de inulina, designada deita inulina (dIN), a processos para a preparação de dIN, composições compreendendo dIN e seus usos. A presente invenção também refere-se ao uso de dIN e composições compreendendo dIN na preparação de gama inulina (gIN), composições compreendendo gIN e seus usos.
