Abstract
CONJUNTO PARA TRATAMENTO TéRMICO, E, MéTODO PARA ALTERAR UMA áREA DEFINIDA DE UM SUBSTRATO COM ENERGIA LASER DE UM LASER A presente invenção provê um conj unto para tratamento térmico. O conjunto para tratamento térmico compreende um laser (22), um substrato (24), e urna ferramenta (26). O laser emite energia laser dirigida ao substrato e à ferramenta. O substrato absorve a energia laser e produz energia térmica dentro do substrato que altera o substrato. A ferramenta é disposta em conato removível com o substrato para conduzir a energia térmica para fora do substrato para limitar a alteração do substrato. De preferência, a ferramenta tem uma condutividade térmica maior do que a do substrato e é, de modo mais preferido, um material de cobre, um material de ouro, um material de prata, ou um material de alumínio.
