Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE óLEO-EM-áGUA ESTéRIL PARA ADMINISTRAçãO INTRAVENOSA, USO DE UM MONOGLICERìDEO E PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO PARA ADMINISTRAçãO INTRAVENOSA Trata-se de monoglicerídeos, especialmente Monolaurina, que são usados para proteger composições de emulsão de óleo-em-água para administração intravenosa contra o crescimento de E. coli, P. aeruginosa, S. aureus e C. albicans. As composições podem ser medicamentos contendo drogas lipofílicas, especialmente Propofol, e/ou composições nutricionais intravenosas totais.
