Abstract

MOLDE PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA PEçA DE MATéRIA PLáSTICA E PEçA DE MATéRIA PLáSTICA A presente invenção refere-se a um molde para moldagem por injeção de uma peça de matéria plástica que compreende pelo menos duas partes adjacentes constituídas de duas matérias plásticas compatíveis e unidas entre si por soldagem ou por colagem, de natureza e/ou cores diferentes, molde (1) esse que compreende uma cavidade de moldagem (2) delimitada por pelo menos duas paredes não planas (3, 4) e pelo menos uma parede escamoteável (5) móvel entre uma posição de extensão e uma posição de retração que permite dividir a cavidade de moldagem (2) em pelo menos dois compartimentos (6,7) que são alimentados separadamente com matéria plástica. Na posição de extensão a parede escamoteável (5) possui uma aresta não linear (3) que coopera sem folga com uma parede (4) da cavidade de moldagem. A parede escamoteável compreende uma pluralidade de painéis unidos (10,11 e 2) pelo menos na posição de extensão ou na posição de retração, painéis esses (10,11 e 12) que são moveis uns em relação aos outros de modo que possam modificar a forma da aresta (13) não linear da parede (4) escamoteável para adapta-la à forma de uma segunda parede da cavidade na posição de retração.
