Abstract

DISPOSITIVO INTEGRADO PARA ANáLISES DIAGNóSTICAS E MéTODO RELATIVO utilizado para verificar a presença de bactérias em pelo menos uma amostra biológica misturada com um caldo de cultura eugónico, para identificar o tipo de bactéria, e para testar uma série de antibióticos, identificando aqueles eficazes para determinar a terapia antibiótica. O dispositivo inclui um primeiro meio de exame para verificar a presença de bactérias para definir as correspondentes amostras biológicas positivas e identificar o tipo de bactérias presentes nas amostras biológicas positivas para definir o grupo de antibióticos, e um segundo meio de exame para verificar a resposta sensível ou resistente para cada amostra biológica positiva a uma série de antibióticos do grupo de antibióticos definido pelo primeiro meio de exame.
