Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE ELETROLUMINESCêNCIA ORGáNICO E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE ELETROLUMINESCêNCIA ORGáNICO. Um dispositivo de eletroluminescência orgânico tendo um substrato, sobre o qual é provido um primeiro eletrodo sobre a superfície e incluindo pelo menos uma projeção. Uma camada funcional é provida de modo a cobrir a projeção, e um segundo eletrodo é formado sobre aquela camada funcional. Um contorno em seção transversal de uma extremidade de uma superfície da projeção, que contata a camada funcional é uma forma, que satisfaz a uma relação predeterminada.
