Abstract

TERAPIA POR INJEçãO AO TUMOR DE CéLULAS DENDRìTICAS (DCTI). A invenção se refere a um método de tratamento de células tumorígenas dentro de um paciente, em que células dendríticas imaturas desenvolvidas a partir de células de monócitos do paciente e um adjuvante são introduzidas no paciente diretamente nas células tumorígenas do paciente. As células dendríticas imaturas e adjuvante se combinam com os antígenos nas células tumorígenas para formar uma vacina contra o câncer, desse modo, tratando imediatamente as células tumorígenas do paciente. A invenção também proporciona uma etapa de tratamento precursora do paciente com um regime de terapia por radiação ou quimioterapia.
