Abstract
ACIDO NUCLEICO DE PROTEìNA DE METABOLISMO DE LIPìDEOS ISOLADO, MéTODOS DE PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA TRANSGêNICA E DE MODULAR O NìVEL DE UM COMPOSTO DE ARMAZENAMENTO DE SEMENTE EM UMA PLANTA, E, PLANTA TRANSGêNICA. Os ácidos nucléicos isolados e polipeptídeos associados com a regulação do metabolismo de açúcar e lipídeos são providos. Em particular, as proteínas de metabolismo de lipídeos (LMP) e codificando ácidos nucléicos se originando de Arabidopsis thaliana são providos. Os ácidos nucléicos e polipeptídeos são usados nos métodos de produzir plantas transgênicas e modular os níveis de compostos de armazenamento de semente em uma planta. Preferivelmente, os compostos de armazenamento de sementes são lipídeos, ácidos graxos, amidos ou proteínas de armazenamento de sementes.
