Abstract

"MéTODO PARA CALCULAR UMA CURVA DE DESLIZAMENTO <109> PARA UM PNEUMáTICO, PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR, E, SISTEMA PARA EXIBIR UMA CURVA DE DESLIZAMENTO <109>". Para fornecer um método para calcular uma curva <109> deslizamento para um pneumático (10) com base em dados de laboratório de valores característicos de um composto usado, da superfície da estrada e do carro sem produzir um pneumático completo, é proposto um método para calcular uma curva <109>-deslizamento para um pneumático (10), compreendendo as etapas de: calcular uma força de atrito F~ 0i~ (t) entre o componente de borracha e uma superfície áspera (14) baseada em um coeficiente de atrito <109> (t) para diferentes valores de deslizamento S~ slip~ e posições laterias (i) do pneumático (22), em que o coeficiente de atrito <109> (t) é calculado em função da velocidade de deslizamento vb entre a superfície áspera (14) e um bloco da banda (11) e da temperatura Tq(t) do pneumático Sub1. Depois de calcular a força de atrito F~ 01~(t), o movimento do bloco da banda (11) em função da distribuição de pressão durante o movimento do blobo da banda (11) na área de contato A~ 0~ e das características do corpo do pneumático (12) é calculado (23). A curva <109>-deslizamento resultante é composta de valores deslizamento efetivos <109>~ slip~ para diferentes valores de deslizamento S~ slip~ (25), em que os valores de <109> deslizamento efetivos <109>~ slip são calculados com base na força de atrito F~ 0i~(t) e uma força nominal F<SB>NI</SB>(t) derivada da distribuição de pressão (24).
