Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODO DE INIBIR A LIGAçãO DE LIGANDOS ENDóGENOS AO RECEPTOR CRTH-2 EM UMA CéLULA, DE TRATAR, MELHORAR OU PREVENR UM DISTúRBIO RESPONSIVO à INIBIçãO DA LIGAçãO DE LIGANDOS ENDóGENOS AO RECEPTOR CRTH-2 EM UM ANIMAL E DE PREPARAR UM COMPOSTO, E, KIT". A invenção se refere a compostos de ácido benzimidazol acético que funcionam como antagonistas da molécula homóloga de receptor quimioatraente expressada em receptor de células T auxiliares do tipo 2 (CRTH2). A invenção também se refere ao uso desses compostos para inibir a ligação de protaglandina D ~2~ e seus metabólitos ou certos metabólitos de tromboxano ao receptor de CRTH2 e para tratar distúrbis em resposta a tal inibição.
