Abstract

"JANELA ARTICULADA PARA UM VEìCULO TERRESTRE E JANELA PARA ÈNIBUS ,VAGãO OU TREM". A presente invenção está relacionada a um envidraçamento de veículo, em particular a janelas articuladas para veículos terrestres tais como ónibus ,vagões e trens, em particular trens de baixa velocidade. Uma janela articulada para um veículo terrestre, compreende um painel de envidraçamento fixo que possui definida nele uma abertura,um painel de envidraçamento movediço, um mecanismo de articulação anexado ao painel de envidraçamento movediço, o painel de emvidraçamento movediço sendo movediço de modo pivotante por meio do referido mecanismo de articulação entre uma posição fechada,naqual o painel de envidraçamento movediço está recebido na abertura, e uma posição aberta, e um mecanismo indutor para impelir o referido painel de envidraçamento movediço no sentido da posição fechada, o mecanismo indutor incluindo pelo menos uma mola alongada se estendendo de modo substancialmente ortogonal em relação ao eixo pivó do painel de envidraçamento movediço relativamente ao painel de envidraçamento fixo.
